Listen to your body…
With all the noise of our lives and all the trimmings that go with it, stillness is a rarity and can come at a premium. When pregnant, a woman may feel the need and possible pressure to keep up as normal, particularly at work… especially with running your own business – as so many of us do these days. Trust me, when I say, you need to take the time to put stillness back into your life.
Devices permeate our every hour and increments of it, so silence your Whatapp messaging, don’t look at your phone at night in bed, wait an hour before checking it in the morning, take a walk. Make yourself squeeze these moments into your routine. Everything will still work out for you if you time for yourself and your body will appreciate it at conscious and unconscious level. You will also become more in tune with your body (and baby if pregnant).
